Specifications Body: Alder has great tone and a nice weight to balance the instrument. Other body woods are available by special order Neck: Quarter sawn maple with a rosewood fingerboard. The neck radius is 9 ½". The neck has a sanding sealer applied and is ready for a hard finish if you choose. You may choose to use tung oil to keep a less tacky feel to the neck. Bridge: Gotoh 12 string bridge allows the intonation of each of the 12 strings. You will notice the ferrules are not in a straight line. Gotoh has compensated the length of strings, setting the bass strings further back for better intonation. Strings: Any 12 electric set will do. However you must change G octave string and make the set unison. For example, this guitar is shipped with 2-.016 gauge G strings. |
